Can we give BJ a 10 and not a 5 star rating. Seriously. Our relationship with BJ started before he helped us find our perfect home. He was also the agent selling the previous property we rented for two years. The home was for sale, and this entailed over 20 walk throughs and three open houses. Moving from out of state can be a time consuming endeavor having to find a home while being thousands of miles away. BJ made it easy. He presented us with options while at the same time informing us on the pros and cons of the houses or areas we were interested in. BJ Jones is a consummate professional and performed an outstanding service for me in marketing and selling my house in Punta Gorda, Florida. The thing that separates BJ Jones and Michael Saunders & Company from other realtors is that they spent a significant sum of money and time marketing my house domestically and internationally in print and social media to prospective buyers. They paid for a professional photographer to take high quality photos and videos to market my house. I was very impressed with the video and drone footage which showed boating access to and from my home. I was out of the country for most of the listing period, and BJ went beyond the call of duty in helping me coordinate inspections and service providers. He would even pick up palm fronds from my property, and there are a lot of palm trees on the property.
